TUS AIRWAYS is looking to recruit a Network Planner / Slot Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• To oversee the constant review of route performance against targets and report on deviations requiring management intervention
• Build relationships with other airports through the Network Planning forums
• To assist with the development of the long-term plan and planning modelling for the future scope and shape of the airline
• Collaborate closely with the scheduling team to provide economic analysis and evaluate the impacts of planned schedule changes.
• Allocation of slots
• Oversee slot trading
• Develop optimal solutions to scheduling problems and make best use of airport capacity.
• Proactively work with regulators and industry bodies to support and influence the development of appropriate industry regulation
• Play a leading role in committees responsible for matter of airline scheduling and airport capacity
• Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, legal and statutory requirements
• Comply with all applicable industry guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years’ airline experience in a network planning or scheduling role
• Excellent numeracy skills and highly literate
• Strategic thinking
• Attention to detail and quality
• Problem solving and decision making
• Teamwork
• Effective communication

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

TUS AIRWAYS is looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager to oversee the customer service department and ensure that the company delivers the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

    • Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
    • Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by agents.
    • Resolve complaints and order issues.
    • Ask customers to provide feedback on agents and customer service experience.
    • Keep abreast of new company products and services.
    • Issue refunds to customers.
    • Analyse data and statistics.
    • Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction.
    • Isolate and identify areas of improvement.
    • Work with management on customer service initiatives.
    • Utilize social media to respond to customer complaints and praise.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years working experience as a customer service manager preferably in the Airline Industry
    • Academic degree (at least B.A).
    • Experience in providing customer service support
    • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
    • Proficiency in English
    • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications

    TUS Airways is looking to recruit a Pricing Analyst to be responsible for the analysis, reporting and execution of pricing strategy for our charter flights.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage charter flight requests from enquiry to post flight supplements
    • • Flight cost analysis
      • Flight price calculation
      • Price proposal
      • Follow up on proposal
      • Contracts
      • Follow up on client payments

    • Manage existing charter flights and maximise fleet utilisation
    • Enhance and strengthen the existing client portfolio
    • Supplier relationship management
    • Oversee the historical pricing programs for charter and event pricing strategy
    • Requirements:

    • Knowledge of aviation charter economics
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Solid organisation and project-management skills, including the ability to meet demanding, evolving and often competing deadlines
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Strong communication skills with experience in developing and delivering presentations
    • Excellent computer skills with expert level in Microsoft Excel
    • Fluent in English language

    TUS AIRWAYS is a new, expanding airline based in Cyprus, presently operating
    Fokker 70/100 aircraft.

    We are now increasing the size of our fleet and expanding our network.

    TUS Airways is looking to hire Licensed Aircraft Engineers.

    Please be advised copies of the following documents will be required:

    • Valid EASA Part 66 license Category B1/ B2
    • "Aeroplanes Turbine" B1.1 with at least one type rating
    • Analytical and critical thinking

    • Problem solving skills

    • Full training on company's aircraft type will be provided
    • EU Passport with the right to live and work in the European Union

    Type training will be provided to candidates who do not own F70/100 type rating.
